Exchanges and Returns
Let's start with what is exchangeable/returnable...If you purchased your item within 30 days directly from www.ifitbarks.com, and the product is unused then you may return it for refund or exchange UNLESS it is customized in some way. If you add extra options to our standard line of products or Design Your Own, then we are sorry, but we cannot accept returns.
If the new product is defective, then that's a different story...of course we will exchange.
How to Send it Back
Login to your account at www.ifitbarks.com (top right corner) and navigate to the order that contains the item(s) you want to exchange/return. Click "Return" next to the item. Fill in as much information as you can - the more we know, the better we can help. If you are exchanging, fill in a description of what you want in exchange in the Comments field. If there is a price difference, we will contact you for payment. (Or you can process a return and reorder something else from scratch - your choice.)

You are responsible for the shipping costs to get it back to us us. If you are exchanging the product(s), we will cover the shipping cost back to you.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 business days of us receiving your return.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next pound.
