• Can I wash it? Yes! Machine wash, cold. Line dry.
• Can I customize the colors? Yes! Design your own collars and leashes. Same quality, same price.
• How do I order a custom size? Select "Custom" from the "Size" option and enter the actual measurement of your dog's neck. Measure the around the part of the neck where the collar will naturally sit. That's it! We will create the size that will give you adjustability on either side of your dog's actual neck size. Isn't that easy?
• What if I need to return or exchange it? You can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of ordering. Customized can only be returned for alteration. Learn more.

• What are those other hardware options about? Adding an extra D-ring: On a martingale, the extra D is placed on the large loop so you can attach a leash without engaging the martingale (i.e. without the tug of the leash tightening the collar). On a quick release, the extra D can act as a tag holder. Add sport quick release buckle: This option is for martingales only and adds a plastic quick release buckle to the larger loop, allowing you to remove the collar without slipping it over the dog's head. Some dogs just don't like that! Add aluminum quick release buckle: This option is the same as above, but will add an aluminum buckle instead of plastic. For those of you who want to order a regular, non-martingale, collar with these buckles, make that selection from the "Collar Type" dropdown.
