If It Barks accepts returns that are postmarked within 30 days from the date you purchased the item. You may either exchange the item or receive a refund for the cost of the item (shipping and handling is not refundable). Simply return the unused item with receipt via United States Postal Service (USPS) to the address below. The cheapest method is USPS first class mail and if you still have the white envelope, you can simply reuse that.

If It Barks stands behind its product. If the hardware or webbing fails on your new collar or leash, we will exchange it for another at no charge (you will need to cover the shipping cost to send it back to us). Please email us to initiate this exchange.

A word on wear
Trims will wear differently depending on the activity level of the dog, the materials used to manufacture the trims, and the weave structure. Collars cannot be returned/exchanged due to trim wear.
