Do you have a retail shop and want to join our small network of retailers across the world? Become a Retail Partner! We partner with pet boutiques, outdoor adventure stores, gift shops, women’s boutiques, veterinarians, dog breeders, dog trainers, on an exclusive basis. There are no minimum order requirements. All products are made by hand in the US (well, we do use a sewing machine). We are sticklers for quality in materials and stitching, so we guarantee our products will be free from defects.

Get Wholesale Access 

Two easy steps to create a wholesale account:

1. click "MY ACCOUNT" at the top of the navigation and follow the steps to create a new account. Be sure to enter a company name. (Take note of the password you create because you'll use it later to order.)
   
   
2. Once you create your new account, send us an email providing your store name, location, and website. We will then grant your account wholesale status. This will be done within one business day.

With a wholesale account, you'll be able to log in and shop with wholesale prices, checkout online, track your orders, view order history, and quickly reorder based on previous orders.

Wholesale FAQ

Many new Retail Partners have similar questions, so here's a list of the most common with answers:

What is your wholesale pricing? 47% off of Retail for brick-and-mortar stores. 30% off Retail for ecommerce stores. If you plan to order large quantities, contact us for tiered pricing.

What are the shipping costs? If your order is $98 or more, it's free! Otherwise, shipping costs vary depending on weight and ship to location, but starts at $5.60. You'll be able to see your shipping charges in your shopping cart before you check out.

Do you ship to international companies? Yes

I am an ecommerce store, does that count? Yes! To start, follow the same proceedure to Get Wholesale Access (above) and you will be able to shop with ecommerce store pricing (30% off Retail).  

Do you offer retailers product images? You are free to use the photos from the website for the purpose of selling the If It Barks products – they are 72dpi (web optimized).

Do you offer retailers product samples so they can determine whether they want to carry a particular product? We don’t have a minimum order, so you can purchase as few as you wish for sampling at 47% off.

Do you offer retailers product descriptions? Can we use the ones on your website and tweak it for tone? You can reuse product descriptions from our site for the purpose of selling If It Barks products.

What is the typical turnaround time for an order to be shipped once the order has been received? Ten business days to be shipped. Longer for large quantities (over 50 pieces).

What is your initial and reorder minimum amounts? No minimums! All orders are 47% for brick-and-mortar stores and 30% off Retail for ecommerce orders.

Do you drop ship? If so, what is the cost of doing so? Would the customer see the shipment coming from you or from us? (e.g. shipping label, invoice, etc.) We do drop ship and don't charge you extra for it! You order from the site, just like you would for your store, and enter the recipient’s shipping address with your address in the billing section. We flag those as drop ships and do not include the pricing information in the shipment.

Is there a price range we must stay within when pricing our items? We do not enforce a minimum advertised price for If It Barks products, but we do hope you maintain the integrity of the line by not undercutting the If It Barks prices. When you become a reseller of our products, we consider you an extension of our business as partners, not competition.

Do you have a return/refund policy? Yes, this policy is outlined on the Customer Service page.

Do you share with your retailers information on which items are best sellers so that we can better guess which products to carry? Yes, just email us us at contact@ifitbarks.com for a current list of best sellers.
