Warranty Policy

Our buckles, hardware, and materials have been tested on our own dogs since 2002. The gear we make is strong enough to contain any dog but is never recommended for tie-out use.


We stand by the structural integrity of our collars, please contact us immediately if you have concerns about any If It Barks gear. This includes failure of the buckle, hardware, or base material, though hardware exposed to harsh chemicals is exempt from this offer. If your gear has a cosmetic issue, reach out to us as soon as possible so that we can best address the matter.


For any items taking advantage of our warranty, photos will be required and can be sent to help@ifitbarks.com. Please include the order number if possible.

Return Policy

  • Non-personalized Items
    • Not happy? Contact us within 60 Days of receiving the item by email, help@ifitbarks.com, to assist you with your concerns. Any refunds granted will have the cost of initial shipping deducted from the refund amount.
  • Personalized Items - If the wrong size, color, or incorrect text was ordered on your personalized item, we will remake the item for 50% of the items retail price, plus the cost of shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered to arrange for a remake. The original item does not need to be returned.

Free or Discounted Shipping Options

All free shipping or discounted shipping options are for addresses in the continental USA only. We ship using the USPS from NC and most packages arrive in a week or less. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

Worldwide Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. On the checkout page, once you add your shipping address, you can select the shipping method to see the shipping cost for the items in your cart. This cost will not include any duties, taxes, or fees associated with delivery imposed by your country or providence.
