Returns Policy

  • 60 Days for all unused / new/ original condition non-personalized items.   Please do not return items that have been used, dirty and or smelly items will not be refunded and they will be thrown away, so save the shipping cost and keep the item if it has been used.  We cannot donate a dirty item, even shelter dogs deserve a clean collar.  Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or a store credit.   Excludes shipping costs unless it was due to our error.
  • Personalized Items - If you ordered the wrong size or wrong text on your personalized item we will remake the item at a 50% discount of the retail price.  Please contact us within 7 days to arrange to have your item remade. The original collar does not need to be returned

You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping to us and any replacement items we send. If you saved the original packaging, you can reuse that by putting a new address label over the original and taping closed.

Returns Requests

  1. Login to your account.
  2. View the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button.
  3. Please include your reason for return and a valid email address.
  4. We'll communicate with you via e-mail about your request.

All free shipping or discounted shipping options are for addresses in the continental USA only and use USPS for delivery.

It will ask you what shipping method you'd like.
