Return Policy

  • Non-personalized items - 60 Days for all unused / new/ original condition non-personalized items. 
  • Personalized Items - If you ordered the wrong size, color, or incorrect text on your personalized item we will remake the item for a 50% discount off the retail price plus shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange to have your item remade. The original collar does not need to be returned.

Returns Request

  • Please contact customer service at help@ifitbarks.com to start the return process. 
  • We can email you a prepaid return label to print at home and the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Then drop the return in your mailbox, no need to go to the post office.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or store credit if you received the item as a gift. 
  • Refunds will issued once merchandise is returned to us. 
  • Credit card refunds can take up to 5-10 days to process (by the credit card company)

Free or Discounted Shipping Options

All free shipping or discounted shipping options are for addresses in the continental USA only. We ship using the USPS from NC and most packages arrive in a week or less. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

Worldwide Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. On the checkout page, once you add your shipping address, you can select the shipping method to see the shipping cost for the items in your cart. This cost will not include any duties, taxes, or fees associated with delivery imposed by your country or providence.
