- Non-personalized Items
- Not happy? Contact us within 60 Days of receiving the item by email, help@ifitbarks.com, to assist you with your concerns. Any refunds granted will have the cost of initial shipping deducted from the refund amount.
- Personalized Items - If the wrong size, color, or incorrect text was ordered on your personalized item, we will remake the item for 50% of the items retail price, plus the cost of shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered to arrange for a remake. The original item does not need to be returned.
Warranty Policy
Our products are crafted for comfort, style, and everyday reliability—ideal for city walks, backyard lounging, and everything in between. If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect, such as a hardware failure or stitching issue, please reach out to us at help@ifitbarks.com.
What's not covered:
Like any well-loved gear, normal wear and tear isn't covered—things like gradual fraying, natural fading, surface scratches, or pet-related damage (chewing, scratching, tie-out use). Environmental factors like getting caught on branches or improper care also fall outside our warranty, along with sizing changes due to your pup's growth or weight changes. These are signs of a well-loved collar, not a defect.

- A photo of the whole collar
- Detailed description of the issue
- What happened, and when did you first notice it
- How your pup typically wears the collar
We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days and work together to determine the best solution.
Free or Discounted Shipping Options
All free shipping or discounted shipping options are for addresses in the continental USA only. We ship using the USPS from NC and most packages arrive in a week or less. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
Worldwide Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. On the checkout page, once you add your shipping address, you can select the shipping method to see the shipping cost for the items in your cart. This cost will not include any duties, taxes, or fees associated with delivery imposed by your country or providence.
